At ULTRON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cutting-edge electronics. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ULTRON account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
